The logo is a bird on the red background. Coffee bar from Norway
The New York Times Columnist Oliver Strand wrote “it is worth going to Oslo in Norway to drink one of the best coffees in the world” In such a coffee orientated country, the coffee bar (FUGLEN) established in 1963 has been evolving its own style, and has been improving coffee standards in Oslo. FUGEN opened a coffee bar in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2012. This is their only overseas branch. The design of the shop is 100% vintage Norway. They designed it to be like the original FUGLEN shop in Oslo. The coffee which is served in the shop is made by the drip method which is extracted drop by drop, or the aeropress method which can extract the most taste from coffee beans. You can also have expresso based coffee such as café latte. Since it is made from lightly roasted fresh coffee beans, you can feel the juiciness and experience a richer taste.
